It is a condition of purchase that the customer is responsible for any customs or duty fees imposed by their local customs authorities. Please check your country's rules and regulations on importing and purchasing goods from overseas before making a purchase, as these amounts are subject to change. If your country requires you to pay duties and you choose not to do so, the item will either be returned to us, held by customs, or destroyed. Please note that in such cases, your original shipping fee cannot be refunded.
We strongly recommend consulting with your local customs department to understand further information about duties and taxes that may apply to your order and be charged by your country. You can also contact your local DHL center to inquire about possible duties on your order.

DISCOUNTS
Only one discount code can be applied per transaction. Discounts can only be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once payment has been made, and your confirmation email has been sent, we are unable to cancel orders. We strive to prepare items for immediate shipping and get them to our customers as soon as possible. Once this process has started, we regretfully cannot accommodate any cancellation requests.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The shipping address for your order is displayed during the checkout process and in your order confirmation email. While we will make every effort to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee that they can always be made. We aim to pack and process orders promptly, so please contact us immediately if you notice an incorrect address was provided. We highly recommend emailing us right after placing your order; however, please note that we may not be able to provide instant responses to email inquiries.
Jiagia Studios takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any associated loss. We are also not liable for any duties or taxes associated with your order imposed by your local customs office.
